General

The following terms and conditions (henceforth: ”The Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Séfr AB (Reg. No. 559117-2639) (henceforth: ”Séfr”; may be referred to as "us" and "we") and apply to all use of and orders placed on Séfr’s website sefr-online.com, and orders made by e-mail with Séfr’s Customer Service team (henceforth together: the "website" or the "site"). Please note that Séfr does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. Séfr reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are eighteen (18) years or older. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of eighteen (18) years. Séfr reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Language

The language of the terms and conditions is English 

My account

When you place an order on sefr-online.com, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest. If you chose to create an account, we will only store the information you provide to your order, such as shipping address, billing address and email. When you create your account, will be able to choose a password with which you can log in and view your order history and track your order. If you do not create an account and instead check out as a guest, you can still track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you would like to delete an account, please contact customerservice@sefr-online.com and our customer care team will assist you. 

Payments

The following payments are accepted: 

- Credit Cards. 

Payments can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note that your card I debited with the purchase amount once Séfr has sent you the order confirmation email. 

Our ambition is to make our website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the site are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Once Séfr has accepted your order the payment will be debited and cleared from your account. You confirm that the card that is being used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Please note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize the payment to Séfr, the order will be cancelled. 

- Paypal. 

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ”log in” and review the amount shown before clicking ”Pay Now”. Once the transaction is completed you will be returned to the website. 

- Klarna. 

Instant payments and invoice payments are done in cooperation with Klarna, and Klarnas payment terms apply. To read the payment terms please see here. When an invoice payment is chosen your shipping address needs to be your registered residence. 

- Gift Cards and In-Store Vouchers

When placing an order using a gift card and in-store voucher as payment, the order can only be shipped to the same country as to where the gift card was issued. Séfr are unable to change the currency of the gift card, and it is country specific. Gift cards and in-store vouchers purchased are valid one year from the date when they were purchased. This date cannot be extended further than the date issued.

If you would like to return any of the items you have received, Séfr offers a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you received your order.

Placing Orders

By placing an order on the website or by e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Séfr does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Also note that requesting changes done to your order, whether that is addresses or products placed will not be possible after you have received your order confirmation.

Shipping

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs, these are further specified at check out. The dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1-3 business days during sales periods. Please note that delivery times are guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times does not take possible delays into account, delays that may be caused by payment authorization or stock availability.

Overseas other:

Standard Delivery (2-3 days) – FedEx Private (20 EUR / 25 000 KRW) Premium Delivery (2-3 days) – DHL Express On Demand Delivery (35 EUR / 50 000 KRW) Free standard delivery over 600 EUR / 800 000 KRW. Once our warehouse has collected, prepared, and packed your order you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. The order can be traced by clicking the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. The estimated delivery time is from once the goods have left our warehouse. Kindly note that this delivery time is an estimation from the courier

Colors

Séfr’s goal is to describe the products at the website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Séfr cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Prices

The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and Séfr is not bound by the price until Séfr has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Séfr always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase. Please note that Séfr may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Séfr under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

Séfr shows prices in the following currencies: Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR), Sterling pound (GBP), Danish kronor (DKK), U.S. dollar (USD) and Korean Won (KRW).  

Important information regarding orders placed outside of the EU:

Customers outside of the EU will receive a 25% VAT discount on the order. The discount will be applied automatically when checking out once you have provided the necessary delivery information. To calculate this VAT discount, simply divide the displayed price with 1.25. Please note that these orders may be subjects of additional VAT or import-charges upon delivery. Séfr does not control nor regulate these customs fees. The customer bears the liability to check what these costs might be by contacting your local customs office.  Should you, the customer, not accept these import charges, you can request the parcel to be shipped back to us. Kindly note that this, depending on the destination country, will result in a longer transit time and your order will be subject to additional fees.

For orders returning to us due to declining or not paying the import charges to the UK:

Upon processing the refund we will deduct a total cost of £50. This cost is the summarized amount that UPS and the British customs charges us for the handling and return of the parcel. UPS takes an administrative fee of 65 SEK (6 GBP) to process the import charges + an exposition fee of 3,5% to handle the import charge request. This plus the initial shipping cost plus the return shipping cost will lead up to the total of 50 GBP.

For orders returning to us due to parcels not being collected from Access Point or Service Point:

Séfr will charge all additional costs that are placed on the shipment due to parcels not being collected by customers from UPS Access Points or DHL Service Points. If this occurs you will be receiving a separate email with confirmation of this.
